We search. We search for signs, answers to questions we pose our conscience or our Gods or the incredible nature everyday.
Nature responds in its beautiful ways. We find the way out or the way forward between the lines of our Gita or Bible, or in the speeches of our Spiritual gurus or in the sermons on calm Sundays as we sit and recall the words of our everloving Shepherd.
Those of us who search find it. Yes find it we do , for sure.
Yet there are days that drown our mind, days when engulfed as we are in those dark emotional waters, we forget to search too.
As I thought of this search, of the beginnings of the origin of this concious search , I remembered those hazy days in my mind , of half remembered or should I say half forgotten memories, days when I did not have to search. They gave me answers for every question even before I sought it . They who shared their feelings between the lines of every lesson. They who cared to bring in a moral thought amidst the never ending science syllabus. They who went an extra mile to make my harrowing lessons interesting. They who gave me answers to problems even before I faced them. They who hugged me everyday with smiles and words. They who had answers for all our doubts.
As trees we stand today braving the wind and rain let us thank our teachers who watered our roots and wish all those lovely teachers who sow the seeds of confidence , self analysis and compassion within every child.
Happy Teachers day dear Teachers.
Very nice! Keep writing
